Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation for their GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities team. This role involves overseeing data and analytics platforms used by the Global Clinical Development Operations department. The Associate Director will lead a team responsible for managing, configuring, and programming on these platforms, providing vision, leadership, and mentoring to the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platforms.
• Optimize Jazz’s use of clinical data platforms through change management strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships at a senior leadership level.
• Engage with technology vendors and manage system implementations.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
• Experience with data visualization tools in a clinical trial environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and technology standards.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields.

Education and Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package with a base pay range of $152,000-$228,000. Beyond salary, employees can benefit from annual cash bonuses, equity grants, medical insurance, retirement savings, and flexible vacation options.
