Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to oversee the data and analytics platforms used by the Global Clinical Development Operations department. In this role, you will lead a team managing two key platforms and provide vision, leadership, and mentoring to drive innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, develop strategic roadmaps for the clinical data platform, and engage with vendors to implement new solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for the clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of the platform(s) through change management strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the team, ensuring key goals are achieved.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and participate in the selection process for new solutions.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development processes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with CDASH standards and clinical trial data visualization tools.
- Background in clinical data structures, relational database structures, and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a clinical trial role with 3 years in line management.
Compensation
Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package within the range of $152,000-$228,000, inclusive of various benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
