Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing day-to-day activities, optimizing store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through training opportunities.

Position Type:

Full-Time, 38 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations
• Set performance expectations for team members
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Monitor competitive environment and propose adjustments
• Ensure inventory procedures and product handling guidelines compliance
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage standards

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management is preferred

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of retail experience, prior management experience preferred
