Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, implementing action plans, and developing training opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
