We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will take on key store management responsibilities, assisting with day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans for continuous improvement.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company values and promote teamwork among employees.
• Provide input on product selection and inventory management.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Assist with payroll, loss prevention, and training new employees.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
