Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, manage schedules, and identify training opportunities to develop the team. You will play a key role in improving operating results, establishing job responsibilities, providing product feedback, and maintaining high store standards.

Position Type

Full-Time - 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans for improved operation.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain high store standards and customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Manage budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses effectively.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Strong combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
