We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily store activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement action plans to enhance store performance
• Communicate job expectations and ensure team understanding
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team members
• Maintain store standards and uphold company values
• Manage inventory, merchandise products, and optimize sales
• Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in retail management preferred
