Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
