We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in store management by overseeing daily operations, ensuring store performance, creating action plans, managing schedules, and fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor competitive landscape and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Participate in the hiring process and ensure inventory procedures are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, escalate issues as needed, and maintain high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Prior management experience preferred.
