Assistant Retail Management

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

• 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, including payroll and inventory management.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
