Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a positive team environment. As a key member of our retail management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company values and standards, fostering a sense of teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise daily store operations, addressing customer concerns and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
