We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring optimal performance, managing schedules, and identifying opportunities for team development. Position Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
  • Identify training opportunities for team growth and enhanced performance
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor product quality and freshness
  • Supervise daily operations and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Experience in retail management preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and handle customer transactions
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
