We are looking for an Assistant Retail Management professional to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and implementing operational strategies to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
