Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage costs, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer relations. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members, promoting a positive work environment, and upholding Domino's standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and assignments for the team.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory, and cash management.
- Develop team members and future managers through training and mentorship.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by setting an example.
- Engage in recruiting efforts and provide daily encouragement to the team.
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and store cleanliness.
- Promote excellent customer service and uphold Domino's image standards.
