- Review invoices and check requests, verifying documentation and coding accuracy.
- Maintain Excel reports, handle vendor files, and address inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
- Produce monthly reports and assist with account analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support various tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good telephone etiquette.
