  • Review invoices and check requests, verifying documentation and coding accuracy.
  • Maintain Excel reports, handle vendor files, and address inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Produce monthly reports and assist with account analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support various tasks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good telephone etiquette.
