Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to join our team in New York City. The ARM will be responsible for executing the market access business plan for Epidiolex in the State of New York. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, educating them on payer and reimbursement policies, addressing patient access issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and develop action steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and accounts.
• Educate providers on patient access services, payer requirements, and coding information.
• Address patient access issues and collaborate with specialty pharmacies.
• Develop payer and reimbursement action plans.
• Stay current on managed care and reimbursement trends.
• Conduct business development reviews and training activities.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with at least 5 years of pharma/biopharma experience.
• Experience in account management and/or reimbursement.
• Knowledge of managed care and reimbursement preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
