Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, in Denver, CO. This is an opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers in the country. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe transportation.
• Assign and coordinate job tasks, provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and compliance with hazardous materials handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
