Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, based in Denver, CO. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure vehicle safety.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with handling regulations.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold our values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience in service center or transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
