General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely freight loading/unloading.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in service center or transportation preferred.
