Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance of workers.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.
• Support and promote our values-driven culture.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
