General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Support company values focusing on creativity, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a service center or transportation field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
