3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a crucial member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within your responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
