3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse personnel, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Monitor processes to comply with guidelines and improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate with management.
• Supervise warehouse teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and ALDI policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop direct reports.
