Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, and driving improvements in operational results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Implement action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Provide training and development to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiency.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout the warehouse.
