Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Establish daily shipping schedules to meet store inventory needs.
- Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection.
- Facilitate communication and fulfillment of store requests.
- Monitor warehouse services and provide feedback for improvement.
- Lead inspections of inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
- Administer warehouse processes and maintain inventory controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist in training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in organizing and conducting group meetings.
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
