3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $27.25 per hour. Our warehouse teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive comprehensive training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the warehouse.
