3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. Additionally, you will play a key part in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently fulfill store orders through stock selection and reception.
• Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently both independently and with a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds, bend, stand, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
