Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring a streamlined and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and dedication to success.
• Experience in warehouse operations and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
