Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
