2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. This position is part-time, with fewer than 30 hours per week on average, starting at $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide insight to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• Basis arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
