2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
