Join the ALDI team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Our dedicated warehouse teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Part-Time (<30 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
