2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Contribute to achieving budget goals and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
