2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
