2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage range of $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, conducting inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise and load shipments effectively.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and management to enhance warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
