Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and distributing merchandise efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes.
• Conduct product inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
