2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products to our stores, ultimately contributing to our customers' satisfaction.

Position Type:

• Part-Time

Average Hours:

• Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
