2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading trucks, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
