2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Join the team at ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will be responsible for tasks such as stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Efficiently move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
