2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient behaviors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
