Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards for efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physical demands.
