Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Starting Wage

Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

2nd Shift - 3:00pm start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
