2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a committed 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, coordinating with team members and suppliers, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
