2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their team. As a full-time team member, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. The shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
