2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate within delegated responsibilities, supporting warehouse goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and assist in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse in various environmental conditions.
