2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour with fewer than 30 hours per week on average. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, notifying management as needed.
• Independently perform assigned tasks within the delegated area.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
