2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift begins at 3:00 PM. Various schedules are available, offering flexibility to suit different work-life preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, including freezer environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
