2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Aptitude for efficiency, organization, and adherence to standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
