2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and clean warehouse environment. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to the smooth flow of products to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
