2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and load/unload shipments.
• Clean and organize the warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation, and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse environments.
